Driving along the Maryland Coast

You could drive along the beautiful Maryland coastline, stopping to enjoy local food and make the most of the
views. Maryland offers 500 miles of scenic coastline along the Chesapeake Bay and the Eastern shore borders,
both the Chesapeake Bay and Atlantic Ocean. The Maryland coast hosts spectacular views of the ocean and Bay
plus popular tourist attractions such as Ocean City on the Atlantic. You can also head across the Chesapeake
Bay Bridge, enjoying spectacular views of the tidal wetlands which can claim to be the largest estuary in United
States.

The Chesapeake Bay Bridge, which connects Maryland`s Eastern and Western Shores, is the most popular route
for tourists to reach the resort town of Ocean City. You could drive along the 65 miles of shoreline of Maryland`s
largest freshwater lake, Deep Creek Lake. There’s simply no better way to enjoy your trip to Maryland Shore
than touring by car. With a host of big cities and large urban areas, hiring a car should not be difficult in
Maryland, with a host of possibilities for  car hire in Washington, Baltimore, at your airport or even more locally.
